Part 9: Settings, Credits, LootBot & Customization — Lootero Tutorial

Tap the cog icon (top-right on mobile, or bottom bar on web).

Tap the Chat bubble (top-right anywhere in the app).
Every time one of your items moves ≥5% on the 1st of the month, LootBot sends you a push notification: “Your 1907 Saint-Gaudens just went up 12% → $4,820” (Turn these on in your phone’s notification settings!)

Every new user starts with 5 free credits.
Adding a collection = 1 credit
Adding an item = 1 credit
When you run out → a friendly banner asks you to watch a 15–30 second reward video → you instantly get +3 credits.
You can always delete something to free up a credit if you don’t want to watch a video.

Avatar → tap to upload a new photo (shows on the Feed).
Display Name → the name everyone sees (unique across Lootero). Change it once, it updates everywhere.
Currency → switch from USD to EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, etc. → every total recalculates instantly.
Theme → four gorgeous options:
- Dark (default) · Light · Dreamland (soft pastels) · Cyber (neon vibes)
Compact Mode → ON = bigger thumbnails, OFF = more items visible (great on tablets/web).
Scan in real time → leave ON if you want instant AI fill when you take a photo.
